Harborview School of Phlebotomy Phlebotomy Technician Training Program

     The Harborview Phlebotomy School Technician Training Program is designed to teach and give hands on training to individuals desiring to enter the field of allied health care. The primary goal is to instill the latest information on blood collection techniques, skills and equipment for a safe and effective specimen collection thus enhancing customer service and promoting patient care. 

     The Phlebotomy Technician Program includes 72 hours of classroom instruction.The curriculum meets all requirements necessary to sit for the NHA National Board Certification for Phlebotomy Technicians exam.
     The Phlebotomy Technician Training  trains students in venipuncture and dermal puncture techniques. 
Phlebotomy Technician students obtain hands on clinical internship on site. Phlebotomy Technicians, upon completion of classroom training, will receive a certificate of completion and a Phlebotomy pin.


NHA Exam is available on site.

 The Harborview School of Phlebotomy Phlebotomy Technician Training has the following requirements.   


  • Must be 18 years old and present a photo ID at time of registration


  • Present HS Diploma / GED or  College Transcripts


  • Must pass a National Criminal  Background Check and DMV History Check


  • Proof of Malpractice insurance on or before the first day of class.


  • Complete application form 


  • Complete an updated physical and PPD form.
